Jodi and her team are incredible!

We went from browsing properties online on a Sunday afternoon to a home visit on Monday morning and her lending team got us pre-approved the same day. We didn't have to lift a finger throughout the entire process and we closed in less than 45 days! Jodi didn't ask us to sign any ominous agreements ahead of time, she just dove right in our home hunt. Outstanding service, super responsive and friendly! I am looking forward to working with her in the future!

"Experience working with Jodi has been phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable and gives u the right advise keeping your interests first. We had so many questions for her and she answered everything patiently. She even helped us with leasing out current property and was on point with her replies and responses. "She didn't seem to have any intention of negotiating, she was only interested in selling a house and getting a commission.I was a buyer, and I felt that she didn't represent me. I don't think I'll hire her again. Luckily, I beaded the amount I wanted, and she didn't agree, but eventually the negotiation I did worked well.I was informed by her that I could not cancel the option fee(amendment), and it came under a lot of pressure as a buyer. Most of all, it's hard to accept that she only gave me six days to check up the most important part, which was the foundation check up of the house in Texas.She had no explanation for it, and these series of events did not help her as a buyer agent at all.She was still very good at trying to take the geography of Texas, the school district and the buyer's desire. The service of finding and showing the house quickly was good. She was never late, and she gave a very quick reply to her text message, which she answered immediately."
